When will my order ship?
Our current order processing time is 10-14 business days.
Once your order is picked up by USPS, Your Mom Shreds is no longer responsible for any shipping issues/errors with arrival times.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Additional charges, such import fees, may be added / required to pick up your package from your local post office.
Do you offer returns / exchanges?
As a small shop, we can't always guarantee the availability of items, so we don’t currently offer traditional exchanges. Instead, you’re welcome to purchase the replacement item, and the original order refund will be issued once the return of the item is processed.
We are happy to accept return requests within 30 days of your purchase given that they meet the following requirements:
- Item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of hair, dust, debris
- All original tags / packaging still intact
- Must be in resellable condition

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item.
Once you have mailed your return back to us, please allow 7-10 business days for processing once the package has been marked as delivered.
We will inspect the item(s) and determine if a full refund will be issued or if any restocking fees will be assessed.
We reserve the discretionary right to follow the above return policy and either accept or refuse the return upon receipt.
Once a return is created, you have 30 days to ship the item(s) back to us, or the return request will be voided.
International Returns (Outside the United States)
Please be advised that at this time, Your Mom Shreds, does not accept returns from addresses outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers and ask for your understanding. This policy is due to logistical complexities and the potential for prohibitive costs associated with international shipping and customs procedures.

Where is my confirmation email or tracking number?

Can I shop Your Mom Shreds in person?
YES - at select pop up events.
